The name of the shop is because I live on a Great Lake –  Ontario – and I make sterling silver, and copper, jewellery, so it’s Great Lake Silver.

I’m Susan Beyer, writer, artist, silversmith, quilter, maker, mother. Moved from Ottawa to Kingston in 2015 to live by the water and create.

I spend time at the Tett Centre, the Isabel,  Portsmouth Olympic Harbour and Lake Ontario Park.

My jewellery is for sale  online.

You can also find me at the annual Kingston Lapidary and Mineral Club’s Gem Storm  at the Olympic Harbour in the Fall;

at Arts Expo –  Mother’s Day weekend Arts Experience  – May 7 & 8 – at the Tett Centre;

and upcoming shows and fairs as they arise.
